It's a pretty standard Walmart, we've been shopping here for years. Has almost everything you need for a typical grocery/supplies run, plus some extras. I have always found the service to be very good; friendly, helpful, and available. I'm really not sure why there are so many people saying they've had bad service... lol.

Blair in the photo service department is VERY RUDE!!! We came in asking for our photos to be taken and since it is our third time trying with them, first all photos taken are blurred, the next they can't figure out how to put the order in the USB stick, we came back and Blair seemed to know how to do it, but while there and deciding, we are just asking questions like the price and the size, picking the best shot, like can we use one stick for both our photos because it doesn't make any sense to buy two when it is $23 each just for the stick and Blair just gets cranky and just rude!! Like cutting us of while we are talking saying "ok i'll put this order and once it is there you cannot return it!" And "fine if that is the photo that you want" all the while clicking on the shots that i cannot really scan and the worst he's said is "why don't you folks go home and decide then come back" in a very rude manner!!

The electronic, toy and trading card area has absolutely terrible service. Asked questions to workers and got the responses of that’s not my department. Asked for a manager to get direction and was told to call back tomorrow. I feel that Walmart has become just low prices with NO customer service. Will avoid this location when possible.

We ordered foods from the mcdonald’s in there, they refunded our order for a mcflurry with no explanation, we ordered a happy meal and requested apple slices and received fries with it, very unhappy with the customer service in there, should have a strong talking to, will not be returning. Go to the mcdonald’s basically across the street!!

I took my 91 year old mother to Walmart to find a pair of pants. After she had located a pair she wanted to purchase a pair of slip on loafers. I asked the attendant working in the clothing section to direct me to where the shoe aisle was. She looked at my mother and said “ Do you have Alzheimer’s or something you have been in this store enough times you should know where they are. “
I was appalled and shocked at the comment and chose not to respond as I would have made a scene. This is Not how you speak to people. What she didn’t know is that my mom just moved to a facility and is having some memory deficits due to the stress of the move.
There should be some ongoing customer service training would suggest !

The location is right across our hotel so i think it is good, as well as the prices, i had so much fun shopping as the prices were very affordable

Got kicked out, because I did not have papers for my dog. That's unbelievably inconsiderate. We weren't near any food, she's in a stroller, I couldn't leave her in the hotel room alone. Very upset.
