Shockingly bad and frustrating experience. Waited for several minutes as the woman behind the counter struggled to ring through the customer ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I explained that I was looking for a stain and sealer for my deck in a particular colour. She acted completely stunned as if she had never heard of such a thing. When I tried to explain what I was looking for, she walked away from the counter like she had better things to do.

Novice painter here but I left the shop feeling like I knew what to do. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Two different ladies were great help, and on my next visit I had a nice gentleman who said he was the rookie at the store, but he was very helpful and informative. Definitely be back for my next project.

I recently purchased some paint and supplies there. I had a bit of a unique request/situation that they were very accommodating with me. Matt (think he's the owner) was extremely friendly and I was very appreciative of the personable service. In a world where great service isn't always a given, they truly went above and beyond! Absolutely the worst! Dropped off a piece of trim for a colour match on June 1st. Informed that the colour match would have to be a custom mix and gave all the details pertaining as our trim was all custom coloured from a cabinet company that went out of business.

June 5 - received a call “the ladies and I think we have a pretty close match”. I informed sorry it needs to be a custom match and not off the shelf. Was told well you’ll have to wait till next week now. Told them that was fine.

We’re now 3 weeks later and nothing has come of this but frustration. no follow ups even after 3 left messages and not one return call.

Today when I called they at least found the trim that was left and I can pick up (told from the beginning I needed it back as it was taken from the best piece in the house to match it from.

I left Without a colour match because the first lady I left it with NEVER actually did anything with it after being told a 3rd time on June 5th it absolutely needed to be a custom colour match!

Definatly NOT RECOMMENDED!
