SO FRUSTRATED right now. Unfortunately I didn't see the email come in that cancelled part of my order, so now I'm paying for a single item to be delivered when I need two which could have been VERY easily resolved by just changing the damned color. I don't have time to go in which is why I placed an online delivery order and won't have the things I need on time. If you're going to have an automated system in place that cancels orders, then give your customers the option to modify the order, too. Or call them !!!

Everything you’ll need to build, repair or improve any project your wife can imagine! Friendly, helpful staff always available throughout the store- no hunting for assistance required. Bathrooms are kept clean. Stock is conveniently displayed for ease of access with plenty of options and pricing available.

The other day I picked up an item which was the last one they had and I went to the Asian cashier who told me there was no product number on the item ( I think this is what she must have been saying as I could not understand her accent ). Then she told me to "go get number" but I said no. (If they cannot put out product on the shelves properly it is not my fault). I was polite but she got mad, raised her voice and told me to "go get number". I left the item on the counter and said I will go purchase this item elsewhere and walked out. This was not the first time. This is "Customer Service? Why do I go back there?
