My experience has been polar opposite to many of the negative reviews. We have bought many new homes over the years from an assortment of tract home builders. Tamarack's service to date has been exceptional, especially when I compare it to others we have bought from. We had a pre delivery inspection and all items were repaired prior to our move in. At the initial inspection their service advisor pointed out minor defects I would not have noticed. With most builders the onus is entirely on you to notice defects. All were repaired quickly. After the point of sale I needed to contact the sales office for various pieces of information. They were very prompt in returning emails. Overall I would say the company is well run and try very hard to keep the client happy. Should I ever need to purchase another home they would be at the top of my list to do so.

Never & Ever Again!! "This review will replace my previous one".
Terrible experience with this Builder after moved in. Delayed twice and all kinds of defects. Now I really don't know how to deal with them with our year-end list. It's has been over a year and my wife very depress when she looks at the brand new house like this. They have never mentioned to us that they changed my upgrade option, and they very strongly think they have the right to change whatever they want without notifying the homeowner!
Now they keep ignoring us, and no phone call services since we moved in & always attempt to send some inexperience trades that keep fixing same items until you give up! I hope the Govs and the City should look into these issues for all the poor new home buyers (tax payers), and scrap the new home warranty program. So we can sue them (Builders) directly. New Home Buyers must be careful! I hope this helps......!

The post delivery with this builder is ridiculous. We bought a townhouse in Jan 2021. We diligently reported all the issues to Tarion and copied the builder. The trade did not show up and had to be scheduled 4 times. There are open issues and those issues are not addressed by the builder. It is nothing but a frustrating experience to deal with this builder. Wont buy a tamarack home again.

Beautiful home, worst service ever!
Have been in my home for over a year and a half and still have service items that need repair. They make appointments and never show up, total wastes of a day. Tamarack blames it on the trades and the trades say they never received work orders. Nothing but smoke and mirrors!
Don’t fall for their jingle “Upgrade your life”:::: Nothing upgrade about it except the price!

This is by far the worst service I have gotten after possession. All they do is make promises and not keep to any of it. It’s been several months they promised to have a job done in my living room (typically this should take two to three days), the tradesmen never show up and when they do aren’t able to work because they were given a wrong description of the job expected of them. My living room now looks very messy because of the job they started and have refused to have completed.
