We've used Fabia and Styling Spaces to design two projects - one was a major home renovation inside and out, and the other was a new build. Not only was it easy to work with Fabia and Styling Spaces, but we loved the outcomes on both and would highly recommend her work.

On the reno Fabia helped convert an old, multi-room home into an open living concept, totally redesigning the kitchen, adding a pantry and opening the kitchen to the dining and living room areas. Further she re-imagined our outdoor living area - with pool and large patio area - as an extension of the indoor space. In addition to a great design, she also hooked us up with preferred vendors in getting materials direct. We loved the finished product and our home.

On the new build, she improved the architectural plans, and advised on every material, colour , pattern and placement to optimise functionality, look, resale and budget. She helped design all aspects of the build - big and small. Our build was out of town, and she did the leg work to source material samples and helped coordinate colour patterns etc so it all tied together. She had good tips, recommendations and was easy to bounce ideas with while contemplating options and making decisions.

We enjoyed working with Fabia/Styling Spaces and couldn't be happier with both houses - we would use her again for our next project and happily recommend her.
