Considering the bath, all was good. As for the complete mess that was left behind, not so good. When I got home I found that everything that was promised had not taken place. I was told that there “may be some scaring” . I was also told that the flooring where the tub had been removed would be sealed so to not allow animals in and to not allow fall through by myself. When I called the Salesperson/ Phillip I was told, “ The completion was not done as they had “Gone Over Budget”. I never received a call from anyone regarding this. I called three (3) times to reach a higher level manager to speak with. I left (3) request for a call back and NEVER received one. This company claims to be professional but when something goes wrong, they hide from the customer. I have enclosed photos of “Their” professional way of doing a poor business!! Pictures show the lack of competition as they guarantee!!

Customer service is wonderful. I'm not so impressed with the goods purchased. Since our renovation 6 months ago, 2 things have been defective. Quality of manufacturers seems to be going down.

We had a great experience at the Langford location, where we selected a bidet and toilet set. Jennifer had helped us start.
A few days later, after some testing, Amber finished up by quickly taking returns and finding the right match for our needs. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Thanks Splashes for excellent customer service.

I had the most incredible experience working with Sarah at the Langford location. I had strong ideas about what I wanted and Sarah was able to help me pull everything together effortlessly. I walked out of the store with my estimate feeling that she really understood me and my projects.

Unparallelled knowledge of product and interpretation skills made working with Sarah absolutely pleasing. Don’t let her polite and gentle manner throw you off. This professional knows what she is doing and takes great pleasure ensuring her clients needs are addressed.

I will definitely be going back to her for the other projects in my home. My companion was so impressed that she’s going to make the trip from Oak Bay to Langford when she puts her project requirements together.

Amber at the Langford location helped us with choosing the bathroom and kitchen fixtures for our new house. We found her to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Super helpful people work here! They pulled a tub out of their warehouse for us to sit in and try out. It was a real PITA for them but they did it with a smile and totally understood that we wanted to try before we buy. They also let us into their display window to try another tub on for size.
