for what? for posting a Google Review? expressing my opinion about what I perceived as a bad service.
Even if the practice is cross board "gold standard" across the entire industry, and I am a complete stranger to this...
Threatening me with legal action and yelling at me on the phone is exactly why I BELIEVE this company is hard to work with.
This is why Google reviews exist!

Guang did a site visit to a house we had put an offer on to review some cracks in the foundation. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us his unbiased expert opinion. We really appreciated his ability to explain his entire process and any issues in a way that allowed us to fully grasp the information. He was also very organized and responsive. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs a structural engineer's opinion when purchasing a house. After his visit we feel we have all the information we need to make a decision.

Guang was very responsive in coming to do a site visit (next day) and very patient answering all the questions I had. One issue was identified and he was prompt to come up with a quote to fix. Showed up within a week for on site to design and construct. On site he stopped along the way to point things out and explain the logic behind what he was doing.

Overall a professional and educational experience.

Cost was also very fair.
