Ruffled Rose handled all our florals and decor for our wedding day and we wouldn't have chosen anyone else! I still remember when Daniel and I first walked into the ballroom and had our room reveal moment. Our jaws DROPPED to the floor with how amazing everything looked, it was an indescribable feeling seeing what you've only been imagining on your vision board in real life! It was everything and more <3 Haley was so so great to work with - from the initial consultation to the final meetings, she paid incredible detail to our descriptions and provided amazing recommendations along the way. On the day of, we had a situation with bees near the arbour for our outside ceremony, but her team graciously took on the challenge and extra work in moving the arbour inside to continue the set-up, and then moving it back outside right before the ceremony. Haley and her team is one of the best decoration vendors around! We chose them as our wedding decoration and flower vendor after scourging Instagram and realizing that all the weddings with the decor aesthetics that I loved, had their decoration done by Ruffled Rose!

I originally approached them not knowing exactly where to start with our wedding decoration design, since we were planning most of our wedding ourselves. After sending a few pictures to Haley, she immediately understood what I was looking for and came up with a design proposal with an elegant and romantic theme that was exactly what I wanted and even prettier!

The Ruffled Rose team is incredible and professional. They accommodated an early delivery of the bouquet flowers on the morning of our wedding so we can use them for photography, and set up everything at the wedding venue right on time and ahead of schedule. When we saw the actual decoration set up it looked even more amazing than the design on paper! The flowers were all incredibly fresh, and their attention to detail really shows through the decoration props such as candles, vases, and linen that they used.

We hired Ruffled Rose to do the decor and florals for our wedding and regret absolutely nothing! We went with Ruffled Rose because we LOVED the idea of combining decor and florals which helps to save on labour costs (you would double up the costs if you hire floral and decor separately). Haley was very amenable to any ideas we had for the decor and florals. We wanted to make crossword puzzles for guests to finish while at the wedding and she made it happen; we wanted some lawn games even though we didn't see them in her inventory, she made it happen; we wanted bird cages which she didn't have in her inventory, she made it happen! The decor and florals on the day of were exactly what I wanted and I can't stop looking at the decor pictures because I am so in love with what Ruffled Rose did! If you want someone who is reliable and will do a stunning job, look no further than Ruffled Rose!

Ruffled Rose did the decor for our September 2020 wedding. Haley was an absolute gem to deal with. She was so lovely, kind and patient and offered really great suggestions. All of their inventory was literally my entire wedding vision so it wasn't too difficult choosing the items - brushed golds and beautiful votives that provided a timeless look. In our meeting I mentioned some of my favourite items and on the invoice it said "karmen loves these" - so her attention to detail was flawless and very impressive. When I saw the room decorated, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was absolutely perfect - I even asked Haley if she could spray paint some of the candle holders gold (they were silver) and she did. I could not have pictured more beautiful decor at my wedding and Ruffled Rose was SO wonderful to work with. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I will certainly use them again for future events (when that is allowed!).
