The worst customer service. Ordered a new stackable washer and dryer from Leduc store. With delivery and install. The appliances were delivered fine. Delivery guy says Didn’t they sell you a new hose and dryer vent for this set as we can’t install them. No one mentioned I needed a new hose and dryer vent for this set. Delivery was Tuesday and now it’s Thursday. Hose that was disconnected is still dripping into a bucket that I need to empty 3 times a day. Have called and emailed the store and today get an email saying they can’t confirm an installation date yet. Called manager and he says he may have someone for Oct 8th. Not acceptable. Told the manager to come and get the appliances and take them back All I got was an OK. TOTALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am very impressed by the service we received from Atasha at the Leduc Rona. We bought the last instock stand up screw driver and there was a part missing from the factory. We had a large flooring project to complete and couldn't wait for the part to arrive from the manufacturer. Atasha took another similar model off the shelf and we were able to find the part we needed to get the job done. Her commitment to helping us solve our problem was superb! Thanks again.
