We had an extremely challenging project, with multiple unforeseen issues arising (including a truck accident, and frustrating subcontractors). Throughout the process, Rodrozen were responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

Our strata council engaged Rodrozen Design and Build to create a conceptual plan to revitalize the strata’s common areas including lobbies, hallways, mailroom, elevators and amenity rooms. We found them to be professional, understanding of our needs, solution-oriented, timely with deadlines and understanding of the restrictions and competing priorities of a strata development. While we have yet to go further than the initial plan, we would highly recommend the company for the work they have done so far.

We wanted our dream bathrooms and liked a few of Derick Rodrozen designs so we reached out. The team was friendly, professional and had good advice. We went from two, twenty year old bathrooms to full modern with custom lighting, body jets, steam shower, jetted tub and illuminated shower bench. One bathroom bright white and the other, totally opposite. Just look at the pics. The dark bathroom (guest bathroom) features a Roberto Cavalli feature wall, bainUltra tub, wall mount toilets and an art case above the toilet, lit up! The creativity to maximize our condo space, reconfigured our foyer to add a double vanity and large shower, and improved the old foyer. Was I over budget? Yes! Was there problems? What the project doesn't! This team should be applauded for their ability to design and make it a reality with the least amount of bumps. They can handle it and they'll transform your space to something beyond your imagination and make it look easy. Go in open minded to new ideas and you'll see. awesome experience!

They listened and understood what I wanted and liked, and offered great designs in our initial meeting.
