I’ve been looking for new high end furniture for quite a while. Reside had exactly what I wanted. Stressless for the win! Thanks to Debbie for your help! It’s perfect for our log home and more importantly supports my back. I love it so much I came back and bought the matching ottoman! Delivery was excellent. We wanted a round table that expanded (3 leafs) for family gatherings. Debbie was very knowledgable and showed us the collection from HANDSTONE. An extensive assortment of home furnishings, all made in Canada 🇨🇦. Honestly, you can’t beat the quality - very impressive. We are now enjoying our new table, the perfect size for the two of us or having friends over for Game Night.

We stopped in on Black Friday just to take a look, Lauri came and introduced herself and asked how can she help, After some measurements and a recheck at home, well you guessed it we bought a solid wood table a six chairs. Had them delivered.
Well you guessed it again we stopped in to look at recliner and a love seat. We met Debbie. Well we are proud owner of a recliner, love seat is in the way.
We cannot say enough to Laurie, Debbie and let not forget Ethan and Daniel for the kind polit services from you all, 10 starts to you all. Our new furniture store for future purchases.

I purchased a dining room table and chairs as well as barstools, and a bed. Two of these items were floor models and my Reno took twice as long as I expected.
The service was excellent. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about all the product choices and helped me narrow my focus on what I really wanted. I also truly appreciated the storage of all my purchases until I could accommodate them in my home.

It’s been a wonderful experience buying our living room sofa from Reside Furnishings .It has a beautiful and timeless look that is exactly what we were looking for!! The leather sectional recliner sofa fits nicely to our bonus room and is perfect for relaxing and watching movies with the family. Special thanks to Richard who were so warm and patient during the selection process . He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond his job to ensure that we were happy with our choices. We were also pleased with the white glove delivery team for carefully handling the furnitures and in assembling them. We will definitely go back to this family operated furniture store in the future. We surely recommend Richard and Reside furnishings if you are looking for quality and elegance rolled into one’!!!

Sometimes the quality of a business is easiest to see when things dont go exactly as planned. After several visits and great interaction with Richard we purchased a stressless recliner to compliment one we already had. Unfortunately I found it extremely uncomfortable and after trying to get used to it for three days I decided to return it. When we purchased it Richard indicated they had a 5 day return policy in case it was not right for and I was within the five days but still expected some pushback as it was a $4000 chair. Well, what I ended up getting was the same customer focused experience I had when I bought it. They gladly accepted the return after inspecting it and processed a full refund instantly. Absolutely headache free. I fully expect to be back there in the future as we upgrade and replace some of our other furniture. Just a really well run business.

My experience with Reside furniture was fantastic! Richard helped my son and I choose a sectional for our basement and the entire buying process was fun, efficient and seamless from start to finish. The couch came in even earlier than expected and the delivery staff were punctual, professional and took great care in moving it into my home. I highly recommend Reside Furnishings- we are loving our comfy new sectional!
