Started well. Did my research and I have a few friends who ordered from here so I felt pretty confident in the business.
Then it arrived. I ordered a 8x12 garden shed with three doors. They needed to be in swinging solid doors as this was supposed to be a porch for my RV at the farm. I phoned to inquire because the shed building software only allowed for outswinging doors, but had a note on it stating the solid doors are inswing only, 4-lite doors outswing only. Confirmed that solid doors will swing in
They delivered a 8x12 shed with outswinging 4-lite doors
Building was placed, and I noticed right after. Contacted the company. I was first told that’s just the way they swing. But then I realized they didn’t build my shed properly and sent proof that my order (solid doors) was different than what arrived (4 lite)
I haven’t heard a word back since the second pointed this out. Getting a bit worried that no one cares they messed this up….might have to back out of the agreement since this is the incorrect shed.
Hoping someone contacts me soon.

Update: I was contacted before the holiday break and assured that someone would be sent out to my site to make this right on January 6th.
Will provide update again in the new year as to what happened.

Update 2: After talking with the office a guy was sent to change out the doors to the correct ones, he came, did the job, was super polite and everything has now been solved.

Jack was very friendly and answered all of my questions prior to building. The colours matched perfectly with our house and they got it here right before the rain and snow hit. I was so excited as I could get all the gardening stuff out of our garage just in the nick of time so I could park my vehicle in the garage!!! Jordan did a great job maneuvering the shed into our yard without any problems. One super happy/satisfied customer right here! 💯 My daughter asked if her and her friend could have a sleepover up in the rafters come spring. Bonus treehouse! Didn’t even think of that. 😄 Thanks again!!! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!

Had a 12x32 shed ordered thru Darren in pincher creek. Paid for the upgraded door. Door was not installed properly at all and obviously wasn't checked at the factory as the tracks where bent wheels fell out of door and first time opening door after I fixed the tracks and wheels the cables fell of and door slamed to the ground. Sent multiple messages to the company and Darren and only 1 excuses was made and nothing was done on their end about it.
The spring assist for over head door was all backwards from the instructions on steel craft web. Again I had to fix that. Premier nor Darren seemed to care.

Shed was filthy inside when delivered nails all over the floor.
Wall studs arnt very square should make finishing inside fun....

Exterior paint is very sloppy.
I was also told windows where dual pain glass and they are not.

Clearly, this thing was slapped together as fast as possible. Was hoping for a shed that cost me over 15k to be some decent quality.... I could have built the same thing for a similar price, and it would have been done properly.

The delivery of my 16’x30’ building was excellent. The driver placed the building on my piles with precision. The building it self is another story. The inside walls were supposed to be 8’ …that was something I could deal with. My carpenters are now trying to sheet the inside…nothing is square. Poor craftsmanship…they are having to take so much extra time because of that. As far as communication, it was easier to reach the truck driver than Darren, the person I ordered the building from. In the end I am having to make it work.

Great company to deal with, came in time before winter, the delivery guy was super nice and did a fantastic job setting the shed in place where I wanted it and even levelled it for me... I will be buying more products from this company and highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbours. Thank you guys !

We’ve had 2 buildings custom built here. Everyone has been amazing to deal with.
Recently had a 14x20 delivered and Jordyn was incredible helping us level it in a not so ideal situation! Thank you again!

We just received our 14x36 cabin! Completely in love with it! Exactly what we ordered, the guys we spoke with throughout this process were awesome to deal with and we are super impressed with the truck driver today who delivered it! Over all an awesome experience!
