We inquired our backyard upgrade with Novero. I did a lot of research before I started looking for the contractor. We really liked that they provide a design service, this is part of the service which you need to pay small upfront fee, but this gets deducted from overall construction budget. For me, I liked having this service as I don't need to worry about any miscommunications. They stuck with initial quote and once the construction began they moved along very quickly.

Easy to work with and they were very professional. I highly recommend Novero and we will be working again in the future for my kitchen reno project. Attached before and after pictures for the reference.

We were ready to tackle our first significant home reno project and naturally I was nervous about finding the right people to trust with our home and our money. We are the type of people who start our search at the Better Business Bureau and read every review we can find online before contacting anyone.

I loved every step of the process with Novero. From my first inquiry email and phone calls with Erica (an absolute rock star as a first contact with the company), to the initial site measurements with Cody (so patient and friendly with my endless questions), to my design meetings with Jill (a style queen and a sweetheart all in one), to our project getting underway with our site manager, Matt (no question, request, text, or email was ever answered with anything less than a prompt, positive, friendly, can-do attitude), to every sub-contractor that was truly a pleasure to work with, and last but not least to Deanna, who was always smiling and ready to help at the design office when I would stop by.

Novero has assembled an impressive team of people who are really good at their jobs. It's truly rare to work with a business that is so organized, professional, courteous, thorough, and patient with clients from beginning to end. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and can't wait to do more renovations to our house in the years ahead.

Our initial correspondence was with Erica, who was very professional and easy to talk to. We knew we wanted to have a new bright Feature wall added to our living room but wasn't sure what. After an easy set-up for a date to come to our home, Joele guided us through some possible ideas for our wall. Very professional, patient and so easy to talk to. Novero was a joy to work with!

Having never renovated before - we interviewed multiple companies prior to hiring Novero and they stood above the rest: honest quoting, realistic expectations and plausible timelines.

We weren't renovating to flip - we wanted quality, function and style that would last. Knowing this, Novero's design team took their time with us and walked us through every aspect of the process. Down to the minutiae!

Once work started they handled EVERYTHING and had dedicated sub-trades on call when needed. We knew of a few other families attempting renos at the same time and getting quality trades to sync up was near impossible - set backs were abundant for them.

With Novero - the work ran smoothly as promised and even the few hiccups that arose, which inevitably come with fixing up an old house, were troubleshot quickly. I never felt in the dark, check-ins were abundant and any last minute changes were accommodated too.

The finished product is amazing and we couldn't be more pleased with how it went. Also, since moving back in - any minor issues that arose have been handled too.

As a realtor I used to toss around the idea of renovating lightly - now I know you need a solid, dependable & trust worthy team behind you if you ever hope to get a project done.

We have done large renovations to our home with other renovation companies in the past but our recent experience with Novero for our kitchen, family room and living room renovation was by far the best.
