Denk heel goed na voor je met hun in zee gaat! Mijn boekhouding heb ik ongeveer 2 jaar aan hun toevertrouwd en een aantal fouten, onoplettendheden van hun kant hebben ervoor gezorgd dat mijn bv een aantal zeer moeilijke maanden moest doorstaan. Gelukkig kon ik dit met persoonlijke financiële middelen oplossen, maar de ethiek van dit boekhoudkantoor is problematisch. Na duidelijke fouten van hun kant uit, kwam er geen enkel woord van excuses. Norgay? No Way!👎👎👎👎

Goede, klantvriendelijke, deskundige en hands-on accountant die bovendien met de meest recente online admin tools werkt. Administratie van EC Rental is nu heel eenvoudig geworden en kost me weinig tijd, bijna helemaal geautomatiseerd. Ook goede partner om verder te kijken dan alleen cijfers en fiscaliteit. Denkt ook mee in succesvol ondernemen.

My review for Norgay is really bad for the following reasons. I wanted to open a company and I consulted many companies before choose Norgay. The main reason why I chose Norgay was the fact that you of their accountant explained me that they were doing everything digital including the scanning of the invoice and this is why they were super productive and cheap and the cost for a company small like mine would have been in the range of 250 euro per quarter plus VAT. They did never use any digital tool, all the invoice were treated manually and many mistake were done. Also my quarter cost was always in the range of 500 euros or higher and every quarter I was asking why it was not like the 250 euro promised and I always get the promise that the quarter after would have been cheaper and it was not. Then at the end of one quarter were I sold almost nothing I got to pay more than 1000 euro of VAT. I asked why and when I started to check all the invoices I realized that in the quarter before they assumed that what I was selling was actually goods that I was buying and they had to correct it all and I paid for these corrections. Also, when Covid arrived I asked the question if I was entitled to get the Belgium state Prime and I got the answer: I do not know but I think no. Then I investigated myself and the answer was yes and I got 3000 euro that I would have lost if I had relied on Norgay. All this happened and I asked if at least I could have a discount to my last invoices (they asked me 490.05 euros to move my files that they had ready to the new accountant) and the answer was no, I pushed and they threatened me to bring to court. So I paid everything but I want to make all of you aware. Also, rightly so, you can say or as Norgay is saying: I was doing mistake.
