Matrix Consulting Group had contacted me several years ago to audit our past WCB accounts to look for cost relief where possible. I wasn't so sure this would be of value but was I wrong. Not only did they find multiple cost relief from past files, they have continually audited our claims to ensure fair and equal claims for the employer. Although WCB can be a great benefit for the worker, sometimes the employer can be left holding a bill that they shouldn't. This group are comprised of very knowledgeable and professional business people who are quick to respond to questions, inquiries, emails and calls. They are thorough and know their stuff.
