We placed an order for an RV mattress and were told we'd have it in two weeks. We called to follow up OVER 2 WEEKS later and were told the order wasn't even placed because they were waiting for more to come in. Garbage service, DO NOT RECOMMEND.
NOTE: adding after the owners reply…if there is a minimum order needed, why weren’t we informed of that when you took our money? Why did it take us following up weeks later, well after you promised delivery to be told the truth? Did you just want to hang on to our money for who knows how long hoping we’d either forget about it or someone else might happen to want to place an order Your reply does not address the fact that you outright lied and took our money with no intent to provide the goods we were told were on their way.

If you want to avoid problems, stay away from this company. Without going into detail, all we can say is that the level of incompetence at this place of business is quite remarkable. On top of that, they would not own up to their mistakes. Providing the wrong product, installing it incorrectly and not informing us of changes made to the order are our main complaints. There was no attempt to rectify the mistakes they made. Instead, they assumed that we would accept these mistakes as normal business procedure. Ours was not a pleasant experience and we hope that we can fore warn other unsuspecting customers to stay away.

Was a repeat customer until today. Replaced 2 old windows and the blinds (purchased from Kingdom Interiors 1.5 years before) were now an inch too wide. My son carefully measured, drove them in to get cut. Being a repeat customer I thought maybe they would do it kindly for us, or with all the labour shortages they might need to charge a fair fee. AFTER doing the cut they told my son it was $140. He paid not knowing better. A less than 10 minute job for $140, on very simple blinds, and they did not have to drive or take any measures? I went there myself to understand why and was told by the receptionist the blind cutting request took their staff away from other work and that it was $140. My dentist seems like a bargain, and is less painful.

Great owners. Very kind and approachable. Will work with you on special orders. One time installation. Good quality product. I would recommend this company with the exception of keeping the lines of communication open and never assume. Try and get things in writing or by email so paper trail is available for all to follow. Ask lots of questions about your potential purchases to avoid disappointment. All in all a very good local company!!!!! Let’s keep our local business owners in business. Thanks Fred.

Always good to deal with but they do sometimes have a bit of orgaination issuses but really they are minor. I am surpised by the bad reviews, so I had to write one as I have had positive experiances with them. I did blinds, custom glass shower door and Custom glass raiings. They help with design ideas and after 5 years we are still very happy with everything!

Our blinds needed repair. Another blind company said I had to take them to Langley as not possible to get them repaired in Chilliwack. Called Kingdom and they fixed them. Fast service, professional and no charge! The blinds are now perfect again. Thank you.

Good price but lacking in communication. After I paid my deposit, I asked when I could expect my blinds to be installed. It took them 10 days to reply to my email, and only after emailing them several more times.

EDIT: Changed original 3 stars to 1 star after they promised to install between 10:00-12:00 today, didn't show up by noon or tell us that they were going to be late.

FURTHER UPDATE: Kingdom Interiors called me today to collect the remainder of the payment, even though they hadn't finished fixing one of the blinds that was broken. I explained that the installers had promised to return and fix it, but they still hadn't called. Still continues to be bad communication, both internally and externally.
