We mentioned to Doug in our last visit we would be back to buy dressers. We went back today Doug recognized us and remembered not only that we were looking for dressers but which ones we were looking at and took time to answer questions bout another item we had purchased. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Thank you again Doug and we will be back.

I don’t necessarily expect exemplary service at a store where wages are presumably not very high, and products of average quality. I have to say, however, the service here was exceptional - extremely helpful, friendly and cheery. I also find there are some great finds here and value is solid.

Today i had a very great experience at Duncan JYSK.. I went to buy a chair with my son. I spent like one hour there to take my decision.. all the staff members were very helpful and eager to help all the customers.. i was working in customer service environment for like 20 yrs..so i realized I also can learn from them.. I beleive his name is Dug.. may be the manager.. He explained everything in detail on my flexity financing.. to be honest very transparent on everything he said... and there was another senior lady, i can not remember her name.. she also was very helpful and did an amazing job.. So congregations to team JYSK door to counter.. you all great people💐💐💐💐

I'm very impressed with the customer service. They have a display couch I've looked at twice now. It's not in stock, they tried the other stores, found out it's going to be awhile for this particular couch. The manager Douglas just called me saying he checked and I can buy the display model and they've tagged it as sold. I'm getting it delivered next Saturday. This person went the extra mile to please a very happy customer. Thank you I'll shop here again!
