I was fortunate enough to have Jessica as an Instructor through the University of Alberta. Jessica is a very thoughtful instructor who puts a lot of consideration into how she presents the material. Her lessons were engaging and practical. I appreciated her patience and eagerness to help. Although the course challenged me on many levels, she was able to help me discover a passion for social media analytics. She is excellent at what she does.
