From start to finish, the overall experience at iHome Cabinets was excellent. We came here with a design in mind, and Vicky was easily able to mock up the design exactly how we wanted it. She laid out all of the options for us in an easy format, and it didn’t take us long to come up with a final design. For installation, The installer Ray did a fantastic job, with great attention to detail. Due to the age of our home, the walls and ceilings are not as straight as many newer homes, but he took the time to scribe each piece to fit perfectly. At the end, he made minor adjustments to the doors to perfect the overall look (gap size was perfectly equal throughout). The cabinets and countertops seem to be good quality, and the deficiencies were addressed quickly. Would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new kitchen to talk to Vicky at iHome Cabinets.

I started with ihome cabinets in January 2021. Delivered February 1-3 and installation to be completed by February 17-19 including counters. They just finished April 27. Mistakes were made from measurements all the way through design and installation. The quality of the workmanship is very poor. Extra holes drilled into the cabinets. The upper cabinets were not lined up with the lower ones. Installed the fridge cabinet over my lighting fixture. The boxes are not square, drawers don’t open and close properly. Poor quality of the doors easily dented. Eric really tried to fix everything he could. But refused to take out the pink panels, change out the damaged cabinets with new one and gave me stickers to cover the extra holes on the inside. So many more issues. Don’t use this company.
Just was to say Eric is very kind and admitted the mistakes. Vicky his wife mocked me at my last payment. Very rude and unprofessional. After everything I’ve been through and all the mistakes they could not fix they would only give me a 200.00 discount.
Please save yourself grief, do not use this company

We are very happy with the products and services that iHome provided. They were very helpful in designing the layout, made lots of great suggestions, were prompt in returning calls and were professional throughout the entire process.
We were impressed with the quality of the solid wood cabinets and pleased with the reasonable prices. In addition, they provided the quartz countertops, sink and faucet for our kitchen.
The installer Tony was amazing, He knows his stuff and worked beyond the typical work day to get the cabinets installed in time.
There were no surprises. Thanks to everyone at iHome for our great new kitchen.

We were very happy with our final cabinets as well as countertop. We were looking for a lower price but still wanted nice cabinets and ihome definitely fulfilled both needs. Staff was knowledgeable every time I called or went in with questions. Mikayla even drove out to our residence to deliver our handles herself. It’s a bit hard to choose a quartz countertop from the small samples in the showroom but we were very happy with the final result. They also went above and beyond and cut extra pieces from our slab for a window sill as well as our shower. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been using our iHome kitchen and bathroom cabinets for almost a year now. They’re great. We love the options we had to create the layout that worked for our space, and Vicky was great in guiding us in that and mapping out the final design. Much appreciated. Options for counters, sinks, and cabinet handles are also great at iHome.

We purchased our quartz countertops here and the price, quality, and installation were all first rate. That's not the whole story though. We had one of the quartz slabs crack on us and even though it was well past the amount of time where a customer could reasonable expect warranty coverage, they still worked with us to to make us happy. I have decades of experience in the construction industry and have always judged the performance of my suppliers on how they conduct themselves when things go bad, not good. I would whole heartedly recommend Eric and his team to anyone looking to do a kitchen renovation. The repair looks even better than the original, and that's saying something.

BEWARE and get everything in writing. They installed stone countertops and were advised to undermount the sink. They didn't. When I pointed this out, all they offered was to redo it if I paid in full again. Sooooo disappointed with this company. Get everything in writing from them so you have something to fall back on.

** To respond to your comment, I did request my sink (which could be both undermounted and dropped in) be undermounted. Just because your tech didn't write it down when they came to my place for the estimate before work began, doesn't mean it didn't occur. I clearly verbally discussed it would be undermounted - they agreed. I don't know your internal processes so it's unfair to penalize me because 'undermount polishing ' wasn't indicated on the invoice. I assumed that because I asked for something and was told it was going to be completed, that it would be.

I would still like for you to own your error and provide me with the services agreed upon.

These guys are great! Quality products, skilled installation and professional service. Used them for two kitchen projects. My rental was a real challenge. The walls weren't square, but their skilled cabinet and counter installers did a great job! The granite guys do highly precision work around electrical outlets and the seams are barely noticeable. Would use them again without hesitation. They are the best!
