Dave and his team did our ensuite renovation Jan-Feb 2025 and we are extremely pleased with the results. He told us it would take 2 months and they finished about a week under that even with us adding in our main bathroom renovation as we were so pleased with the work. Dave uses all ticketed/licensed trades people so you know that the plumbing and electrical is to code. Marvin was always on time and did the demo, framing, painting, etc keeping the dirt and debris as minimal as possible while doing top notch work. Roberto “the Tile Guy” was meticulous in his work. He even removed the stone mosaic tiles from the backing sheets and placed them individually in our shower so that there were no cut stones and so that there wasn’t such big grout spaces which would have been if he just placed the tile sheets. Our cabinets were from Hutchison Cabinets and they were custom made and built well. I’m including our before and after photos. We highly recommend Homes & Renos 4 Living Ltd.

This was our first time working with a contracting company and it has been an amazing experience! From the first time we met Dave, he was professional, knowledgeable and took us through the whole process with ease. Dave was also excellent with all communication and would get back to you within a very short time frame with any questions that you might have with your project. We also had neighbours who had used the company and were thrilled with the work done on their home!

We had our basement finished and kitchen renovations. From day one, every person worked diligently to ensure that each step was completed masterfully and with much dedication. You could tell that everyone wanted to do their very best job and took great pride with their work! It was also fantastic that they would update you regarding the progress of the project, when they would be returning to your home and they took pride in treating your home like their own. If we had any questions about steps in the project, everyone was happy to answer our questions and assist in any way that they could!

We hired Homes & Renos 4 Living Ltd. for a major master bathroom renovation in our 30 years old home in 2022. We met with Dave and immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. He was very forthcoming with information regarding our estimate and we felt like his company was the right choice for us. We have three small children in our home and weren’t sure how the experience was going to be having contractors/trades in our home for eight weeks. Recently, my husband and I hired Dave and Co. to renovate our 15 year old home. From our first meeting, we were immediately put at ease. Dave was knowledgable, professional and prepared to discuss all of our wants for this renovation. He took the time to properly walk-through our home, and helped us really think of realistic options for upgrading. He was prompt with providing us a written quote for the job, and gave us no pressure when it came to deciding whether we were going to proceed with the work. Once we made our decision, the biggest comfort for us was having a signed contract for the work that detailed everything, in specific, that was included in the price we were paying. We lived in our home throughout the renovation (a challenge in any situation), but they made it as pleasant as possible. They took care of our home, even when it was a demolition scene. And the care they took in doing their work--we will appreciate for years to come. I felt the entire process was so collaborative, with not only Dave but the eye of Allen and Marvin, too. I cannot say enough about how happy we are with the quality of work. We are loving our renovation every day--they breathed new life into our home. If you hire this team, you're in the best hands. They made a stressful renovation as calm and organized as possible. And the results of the work are just beyond expectation.
