We had the Mango Bubble Tea and the Matcha Berry Bubble Tea, and both had delicious and unique flavors. The server was so nice and she was lovely to talk to. I also really liked looking at the plants for sale in the store, they looked really well taken care of.

Beautiful space filled with plants and good vibes. The owner is lovely and takes great care in making the ingredients in her bubble teas healthy but still incredibly delicious. I had the Blue Matcha, it had such a unique flavour, one that I can’t wait to have again! I also tried the energy balls and a samosa. I enjoyed everything and will be back for more. I noticed some local artisan cheese and artwork for sale too. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend this place for delicious treats and a great atmosphere.

Bbt in lake Cowichan! We had tropical sunset and berry matcha. Both were delicious and very refreshing! Good portion and reasonably priced, too.

This place was such a beautiful surprise to find in Lake Cowichan. I bought some GF grocery items and had a delicious smoothie. There were so many healthy looking plants here, a great mix of items for purchase (such as locally made trucker hats) and some healthy food items for consumption. The owners were super friendly!

I had the tropical dragon smoothie and found it to be refreshing and tasty, big fan of the cucumber salad as well and the free stickers! Will definitely come back again:)

Best taro bubble tea I've had in a while, and they didn't charge extra for oat milk either. We also got the berry chia pudding which was delicious. The store has a very nice ambience with lots of beautiful plants and some art for sale and the owners were lovely to talk to!

My friends and I were looking for a breakfast place that suited our dietary restrictions while visiting cowichan and we came across this place. We arrived at 10:30am but realized they opened at 11, but they opened the doors for us and welcomed Us in with a smile. The smoothies tasted amazing and the energy balls were to die for!!!! They gave us amazing customer service and provided easy and healthy food for us, we will be back for sure!

Wow! Seriously the BEST smoothie I’ve ever had, and the salad is the best in town! And oh my goodness those energy balls! Absolutely DELICIOUS, healthy, such a great vibe in there and just lovely owners! Highly recommend!
