This is the second time I have had the extreme pleasure of utilizing the expertise of Flawless Interiors. Back in 2019 I decided to freshen up my 1980s kitchen, dining room and family room. I didn't have a clue where to begin, so I called Tracy and Keith. In the consultation they asked pertinent questions, getting a feel for myself and my home, and then they performed their magic. The design and finishes they presented to me took my breath away. With the help of Joel Friesen Homes to bring the
designs to life, the results were amazing. Every day I remain thankful for the new look and functionality.
I was so thrilled with the first renovations that this spring I called Tracy and Keith once again, this time to help in updating my bathrooms. I gave them full rein to come up with a design that would again look great and also enable me to remain in my home for as long as possible. They did not disappoint. I cannot say enough about this dynamic team!

We found Tracy and Keith through a recommendation from a family member. We had recently moved into a new-build home and felt that we could improve some of the finishings, but we didn’t know where to start.

We walked Tracy and Keith through our home and discussed what we were looking for, what we liked, what wasn’t working, and where they could help us (options included everything from fully furnishing the home to assisting with pieces here and there). They were friendly and clearly knowledgeable on what would work with our home.

We ended up engaging them multiple times over the course of a few years to select and install custom draperies in a couple rooms, as well as design custom furniture. Each time they came prepared with options (fabric, hardware, finer design details), were able to work with our budget, and were willing to discuss with their furniture suppliers to make adjustments that would work with our space. They were always timely with quotes / updates and willing to answer our many questions.

More recently, we engaged them to redesign the wine room feature in our front hall. We had sent some photos of the current space in advance, but no other information. Keith and Tracy came prepared with great ideas / photos to discuss with us and ultimately put together a design package to detail exactly what we’d need to do to renovate the space. They were able to connect us with a contractor they often work with to renovate the space. We get TONS of compliments on the new design and how well it enhances our home.

Keith and Tracy have been immensely helpful in improving our home and are always willing to come out and discuss any ideas we have. We plan on continuing to work with them as we look to finish our basement!

Keith and Tracy are a phenomenal team. We met with them over a year ago to explore the development of our unfinished basement. We were a little underprepared, but they took notes of the ideas we had. The timing wasn't exactly right for us to start right away unfortunately. We reached out to them this year, had a follow up phone meeting and they got to work, preparing floor plans, design elements and met with us in person to go over all the details. They remembered everything we had mentioned in our initial meeting, but went further and beyond our expectations. It's like they could read our minds to see what we wanted, but what was needed as well. They explained every detail of the floor plan, provided samples to choose from, made suggestions as to why certain elements made better sense or what was more economical. They also provided advice on how to interview contractors and gave us a referral. They are down to earth, kind and helpful individuals. Jason is so excited for his man cave and I can't wait to have a laundry room where the dryer door doesn't hit the furnace! Thanks Keith and Tracy!

We purchased an 11 year old home that needed a facelift. Hoping to renovate before we moved in, we enlisted Keith and Tracy’s help to streamline the process as much as possible. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they grasped our vision. After touring the house and collecting the necessary information, we were provided with a complete proposal. This included ALL product selections and very detailed drawings with furniture placement - even showing where the floor vents were located! I couldn’t have made better selections myself, they completely nailed our wish list. When I look around our finished home today I’m so grateful, I can’t imagine how things would have gone without their help. We first worked with Tracy and Keith about 10 years ago when we wanted to update our contractor finishes home. We updated all wall finishes, draperies, bathrooms, plumbing and light fixtures throughout as well as new furniture selections. Was a flawless experience. During the staging phase, they included a few personal items into the design that turned out amazing.

A couple years after this, when we decided to finish our basement, we engaged them again for plans and finishes. Flawless.

Just a few months ago when we bought a new home, we instantly reached out to them again to help us elevate it to the next level as well as again for basement design and finishes. Every time our experience has been amazing.

As we embarked on a major renovation to expand our kitchen and family room Tracy and Keith created a complete vision and game plan to move the project forward. No element was overlooked with a complete set of construction plans and product and finish specs every piece was sorted out before construction began. They were available and supportive throughout construction and ensured everything was going to plan. After construction Flawless delivered and installed new window coverings and furnishings.
