Dimora Interiors performed a complete renovation of my 1000 square foot two bedroom, two bath Kitsilano apartment. The apartment is an old but beautiful heritage building and did present many challenges with floors, plumbing and electrical.

Kian won’t cut corners and with his knowledge and skills with all trades, he easily overcame any very difficult issues that came up. The workmanship was top notch, and it didn’t take long to realize he had exceptional interior design skills as well, guiding me all the way with kitchen, bathroom and living room fixtures and furniture.

The project took longer than anticipated only because of unforeseen material and fixture delivery problems. When the items finally came in, Kian was there immediately to push on with the project. Communication was excellent with Kian returning phone calls immediately.

All in all, a terrific experience! I would not hesitate to recommend Dimora Interiors.

We booked Dimora based on the photos on their website. Kian was excellent. His attention to detail was second to none. He has a very good eye for colors and could tell us why the tones we wanted to use wouldn't work and suggested colors that would work. He was on time, and on budget. If you are looking for the cheapest contractor this is not for you. If you are looking for the best value Kian is the man. You get what you pay for and he was worth every penny. We are extremely happy with our bathroom and look forward to our next renovation. We will definitely use Dimora again.

Large renovation completed in 2022. Kian is always available, responds within minutes, and addresses issues immediately. Very happy with all work (Kitchen, bathrooms and house). Iain worked very hard as we needed everything to be done within a set time and he certainly made that done.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dimora Interiors from start to finish. Kian really brought our vision to life and provided his great expertise in all areas of design, construction and finishing. What led us to choosing Dimora Interiors for our basement renovations is that Kian's schedule is flexible and could accommodate our busy lives. Further, Kian is with you from start to finish, from developing the design, all the way to the execution of the renovations. This is very unique from other designers as they often do the design and then hand off the design to you to organize the execution of it yourself with the contractors you've hired to conduct the renovations.

Because Kian does it all and manages the actual renovations himself, the project went exceptionally smoothly and Kian really ensured that the design vision was properly implemented. I would highly recommend. We are VERY happy with our newly renovated basement. Kian's eye for detail is impeccable. He constantly communicates with you throughout the project, giving you updates as the work is done. He was also excellent at managing the project. We did not have to worry about anything.
