I hired Designers Recourse Centre to manufacture and install a custom curtain for me in October 2020. As is the policy stated on their invoice, I paid 100% of the price up front with the agreement that installation would be 5 weeks from payment as is also stated on the invoice. It is now February 6, 2021 and I have called and scheduled and rescheduled installation with the owner but still have no curtain approximately 14 weeks later.
This company's service is incredibly poor. I was only able to receive information from them when I continuously called and emailed. I would not recommend using DRC for custom curtains. High price. Poor service.

Designers Resource Centre is the supplier and installer for blinds of our new condo in Richmond, BC.

We found blinds with several pin holes and reported. The technician came, told me that I CAN GO to Home Depot to buy a small bottle of white-out to cover it.

I don’t know how to rate their professionalism on any scale in this country.

2 weeks later....

Awhile back I did a very poor review of DRC’s work. One of the principals – Jindy reached out to me. They acknowledged their dropping the ball and came quickly to fix the issues.

Smar scheduled the work; a technician – Dishant promptly attended with trade professionalism. Jindy followed up after completion of the work.

Now, we are completely satisfied. I have no reservation to recommend DRC’s team work. Well done!

I into DRC at the recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of options and samples for draping, and bedding that were available on site. I was able to customize my order and left very satisfied with the customer experience. I would definitely recommend DRC to others and will go back in the future.

BEWARE!!!!

i ordered blinds from this company in 2018.

Firstly the standard, numerous calls after the blinds were not ready when offered

but more importantly, i paid the 75% up front and paid the remaining balance after receiving them. there was a delay to pay them as they are not open, or in some cases open but no staff to accept payment, "come back later" or their credit card machine not working. after 3 attempts i paid them in full in feb 2019.

This company calls me every year telling me i owe them for the balance. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. stay away, if i could sue for harrassing me for non payment and wasting my time i would. They called me again tonight for payment i went thru all my credit card invoices to find proof i paid them in 2019. Called them back and they said not too worry. WHAT!!!!. so they can call me in 2023 and harass me again. I asked for the owner but not in. i'm 99% sure the lady that called me was the owner but wouldn't admit.
