Design Air is the only place my wife and I will ever deal with for furnace and air conditioner. We have had absolutely 5/5 customer service for all of our needs. We had a new air conditioner installed in spring. They were on time, professional, clean and courteous. They even were done ahead of schedule. We just had a brand new furnace installed and had the exact same courteous, professional wonderful service. We will always, always recommend Design Air 100% of the time. On Friday, January 17, at 7:00 p.m. , we determined that our furnace was not working and our home was getting cold. Through friends and another furnace company, we were referred to Design Air. The technician arrived at our home and he determined that the circuit board had failed and luckily he had a replacement in the shop. The technician replaced the part and had the furnace working shortly after 9:00 p.m. He was very professional, explained the process and acted on it very quickly. We have had a few service calls over the years with Design Air and we are always so happy. They are on time, clean and very knowledgeable. Recently had Jason install and relocate a new digital thermostat for us and we couldn't be happier. I'm sure he even used a level when mounting the unit on the wall. Highly recommend!

Design Air is by far the best choice if you are looking for heating or air conditioning. They installed an air conditioner for me six years ago and did a great job. Recently, I had another contractor install a new furnace, don't ask me why because I made a huge mistake, but in the end went back to Design Air who fixed the air conditioning that the contractor, Marvelous Plumbing, damaged when they put in the new furnace. Jason and his crew know what they are doing and they are very experienced and knowledgeable, unlike the inexperienced Marvelous Plumbing contractors. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go to Design Air first to guarantee a stress-free and mistake-free installation of your furnace or air conditioning. I can't say enough good things about them. You deserve far more than five stars. Thank you so much for fixing the air conditioning. Trust me, from now on whenever I need something done, I will call you and only you!

Furnace decided not to light on a cold snowy morning. Design Air was there in less than half an hour and quickly fixed the issue. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used Design Air numerous times. In our last house when the system needed replacing and in our current house as we upgraded air conditioners and when both of our furnaces died in one winter! They were able to come out quickly and get new units installed, were professional and cleaned up after themselves and where needed laid protective covering over our flooring. Their front desk staff, is so nice and friendly and made it easy for us to select install dates and for payment options after.
