The place was clean and well organized. The prices are really reasonable as the cost covers the paint and the finishing process. Staff was really friendly and helped answer any of my questions. They even let you take home supplies to finish your piece if there's not enough time to finish what you're working on.

I brought my daughter and mom in with me this afternoon for some fun. My mom had never been so she was excited! The lady at the desk asked if we had an appointment booked. We did not. She said they were able to accomodate the 3 of us. We sat at the table by the door. It was quite cold and we decided to move to a larger table where one lady was sitting alone.

Once we moved a staff member was very rude and abrupt with us. As far as I can see online she’s the owner?!

Completely unprofessional. She made us feel so uncomfortable we ended up leaving.

The other ladies painting at a different table were also shocked by her behaviour and commented that she was also rude to them.

We will not be back. Spending that kind of money to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed isn’t ok.

The times I’ve visited in the past have always been so positive and fun. Not too sure what’s changed?

She could have handled it much more professional and kind.

Took my daughter here, for a dad/daughter day.

My son had an awesome time here making a wonderful present for his Mom. The staff were super attentive and helpful. This beats the grind of shopping around for gifts and it makes it all the more meaningful.
