First the good:
They did a great job replacing the cupboard doors that had likely been there since the "80's. Everything lined up nice. Square and true. Their team did a great job suppling durable product. Time line on delivery and the install were all within reason. When they were completed the install everything was cleaned up well.
The bad:
They came and measured all the cabinets and determined what they would need for product and material. They replaced a couple of 14" doors with a single 28" that is awkward to use. For some reason the left out one drawer out of a stack of three and used a front that covers two spots. They ordered two 8' lengths of trim. One for outside corners and one that looks to be for edging around a counter top. They may or may not have used about 3" of the outside corner stock. If it was cut I get that it cant be returned. The edging however was never even opened or unwrapped. Pretty sure the installer wasn't even told about it. Nothing these days is cheap. When I asked about it I received an email from Amey saying "Good morning Trevor. Maxine let me know that you were looking for a possible credit for some left-over trim. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer that as we have paid for the materials and to use them in another job usually does not work out. Please hang on to them in case you ever need to replace anything or decide to add on to something at any time in the future." Thank goodness they only stuck me with a piece of trim and not half a kitchen or a big slab of granite.

Looks criminal. Smells like a bunch of scammers. Leaves a bad taste.

Great store with a great staff! After my first purchase of new light fixtures I decided to buy them all here. Fair prices and expert help, one of my favorite stores in Lethbridge.

Our custom cabinets were put in place in 2021 , we've noticed extensive wear and tear on all of them, which wasn't what we anticipated given their price point and quality guarantees.
I reached out to them three months back, sending over images of nearly every cupboard and drawer in the kitchen and four bathrooms.
The lady I spoke to said she was going to have it dealt with and contact me back.
2 months later I had to reach out as nobody got back to me … she then assured that someone would come by to evaluate the situation, but I'm still waiting to hear back another month later … It's quite disheartening that a company offering a lifetime warranty on their products isn't following through with their commitment.

Should be a 0/5 stars. Very unprofessional and rude staff. We wanted to get a quote and instead received a virus to our email accounts. When Keith said that he wasn't the one that sent the email and that he got a virus, he never apologized and no email was sent warning not to open the "appraisal pdf" file which appeared to be the quote. We wanted to give them a chance even after hearing bad things. Should have listened.

Highly unprofessional, took “18” months to get work done, even after deposit paid. First installer hung doors wrong upside down. Doors didn’t match up and refused to redo or refund or give consideration. Lost kitchen cabinet front. Left with unfinished cabinet with no doors and no sides or kick plate for 10 months. I do not like to write poor Reports however this was beyond anything reasonable. Administration & manager defensive and not accommodating. No consideration whatsoever for discount for any of the wrong and unreasonable timelines for
work. As I write this still
Waiting for completion of rails. Highly recommend NOT to use this business.

The stores staff are friendly and helpful and the display items are constantly changing with new products. This is my first stop when decorating or renovating.
