The entire experience with Robin at Boutique Blinds was stellar. My interior shades were up in a jiffy and working perfectly. When we ran into a small snag with the operation of my exterior shades Robin went above and beyond to make it right. And through all of it brought good humour and a sense of adventure to the experience. In a world where so much is heavy and serious it was delightful to know that the issue was being taken seriously, but without the requisite tension and stress that often accompanies fixing an issue.
