Worst Atb bank . Grace hangs up the phone on customers and gives snarky remarks to people in person . Grace has a horrible attitude highly don’t recommend this location . They also said they would close out an account over 5days ago still has not been done I have a signed piece of paper for proof. Very unethical and poor customer service .

We are so lucky to have our ATB in Irricana! Grace and Angela are always available and ready to help! They are super knowledgeable and always go the extra mile! We have had multiple opportunities to bank with bigger branches in the city but we keep coming back.
