We had an excellent experience working with Ashcroft Interior Blinds on the purchase and install of Hunter Douglas window coverings. Shauna is an excellent communicator, quickly responding to email, text messages. She let us know when she would be in our area and we moved along smoothly with appointments. Shauna and husband Lee make a good work team with Lee measuring and recording details of the windows. Shauna ensured we would be happy with our purchase and reviewed all the details a few days after we decided to make sure we hadn't changed our mind. The window coverings were tracked through Purolator and Shauna followed the delivery date to make sure they would be on time and delivered directly to our home. The install went perfectly, we learned how to use the remotes and the Hunter Douglas app so we can open and close the coverings remotely. Thank you Ashcroft Interior Blinds for making this purchase as easy, and stress free as possible. I highly recommend this business and so far the product is awesome. We are very satisfied.

Shauna and Lee are very efficient, on time and know their product well. They provided 3 quotes the day after the site visit and once we made our choice, the blind order was placed. Once the blinds arrived at our residence, Shauna and Lee came the following weekend to install. The installation took about 1.5 hours; so quick. The blinds look great in our place and we are super happy with them. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Shauna and Lee.

This is the most patient company. I wanted to wait until my windows were in to even start the process of new blinds. As anyone who has recently tried to get home renovation projects completed, there is no set in stone timeline. But they waited very patiently until I finally got them installed. From there they were at my house to show me samples and take measurements. The blinds i wanted were above my budget but even that wasn't a problem.I was offered a different type of blind that was in my price range. The blinds were quickly ordered and arrived in less time than I would have thought possible and just as quickly installed. They were exactly what I wanted.
