When I started my company, I registered a numbered company through the registries office because that's what others suggest I do. As I started doing more and growing my business, it became obvious that my company was not set up / structured the way it needed to be. I had also chosen a name for my business and wanted to change that. David Brant took all my info., corrected the structure, checked the name to make sure it was available and legally changed the name. The process was quick, easy and much more affordable than the consequences of trying to do it myself or having it set up incorrectly. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful anytime I called to ask questions or schedule meetings. I can't recommend Altaw enough and will definitely use them for all my future legal needs.
