He tailored the house layout to our requirements and kept us updated about the latest market trends. We recall giving him a photo of a house we admired, and he stated he designed that as well. My family and I were getting ready to hire a builder to construct our dream home in 2019 when he introduced us to Josh Collins with Adapt Design, and are we ever glad he did. From our very first site meeting to discuss design options, assisting with the Delegated Development Permit to going to bat for us with municipality planning department, Josh’s eagerness to help never faltered. His expertise of municipal bylaws and code regulations, from being a certified building inspector, runs deep through his company and his services he offers as a designer. He broke down the once daunting process of dealing with free hold strata requirements as well as the city into simple, easy to follow steps, and was available to talk us through it every step of the way. Even after his job should of been complete and payment had been made.

Now that we are in our new dream home, and I think about our journey getting here, Josh Collins w/ Adapt Design is in the forefront of people that made it so. I have, and will continue to recommend him to any and all family and friends wanting to build. New Construction or Renovation.
