We found and reached out to ACT after trying to work with a couple of other Central Alberta contractors who didn’t seem interested in our business. Vanessa with ACT connected with us promptly after we filled out the online contact form on the ACT website, and she was at our place to start the quoting process within a couple of days. Since that day, Vanessa has always made us feel like we were a priority for her and ACT, even when faced with some of our strange and ridiculous requests. We hired ACT to finish our basement into a bachelor’s suite, and Vanessa was there at every step to keep us updated and to assist when needed. I can’t compliment Vanessa enough for her transparency throughout the project and her willingness to give us advice when needed. The workers who were in our home were all very respectful, and did their best to keep our spaces clean. The project zoomed along without issue, was completed on time as planned and the finished product is better than we expected! Whenever we had concerns, Vanessa and Shannon made sure to show up and ensure we were heard and they addressed everything in a timely and efficient manner. Whoever is writing 1-star reviews for this company need to give their heads a shake, because these folks are awesome. We would (and have) recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. I am overjoyed with the stunning transformation our house has undergone with the new siding. When we first noticed pieces of our siding falling off, we contacted Shannon. The house we bought had a few tears, holes, and open pockets in the siding. I always envisioned updating the house to look fresh and new, especially if we ever decided to resell.

When I contacted ACT, Shannon's professionalism was evident from the start. He promptly came over and conducted a thorough inspection, taking the time to show me where the siding was failing and the extent of the damage. His expertise and attention to detail were reassuring, and after careful consideration, we decided to replace the entire house. I am so happy we did!

Our house now looks like a new home, and I didn’t have to move. This transformation is all thanks to the excellent work of Colby and Steve. Seth from A.C.T. Just installed new downspouts at my home today. After major yard renovations my original downspouts were missing or in rough shape. ACT has done an excellent job at our place. Colby and Steve did a great job repairing our roof in such a short time. They got here and within a couple of hours they had installed a new whirlybird and repaired the leaky vent and installed a new exhaust vent as well. Cleaned up snd were gone. Great job guys. Beth then came in and repaired the damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. When she was finished it looked great. She then repaired afew places to the ceiling in the hallway that were peeling away. It looked fantastic when she was done. Kudos to all of these people. Great job ACT!!!

Chad and his crew at A.C.T. did an exterior update to my home, updated my decks, doors, soffit's, fence and minor repairs to stucco; they did an amazing job. Very professional and the entire crew took pride in their work and it showed! I love the look of my home and cannot thank the folks at A.C.T. enough. To Beth and Steph!
